Iowa Assessments Spring Registration for Machine Scoring

SPRING KEY DATES

Ongoing

Order online at https://acsi.org/IowaAssessments to save on shipping/handling costs or complete the Order Form/Quoting Tool.

October 1, 2026 through May 14, 2027

Complete RMS at least two weeks prior to your test date.

Within 10 business days of RMS

New testers will receive a DataManager welcome email within ten (10) business days of Care Team reviewing RMS.

Now through May 1, 2026

Complete and submit your Barcode Order at least 3-4 weeks prior to testing.

February 19, 2027

Riverside Insights will begin shipping Scoring Services Packets to schools who have completed Registration for Machine Scoring by February 19, 2027 on March 2, 2026.

February 20 – May 15, 2027

The Scoring Services Packet (SSP) will continue to ship within 10 business days of completing the Registration for Machine Scoring form. The SSP is shipped separately from the Barcode Labels.

March - May 2027

Spring Testing Window

May 28, 2027

Deadline to ship scorable materials to the Riverside Scoring Center.

Within ten (10) business days of shipping materials

Score reports will be available in DataManager. Test Coordinators should log on to DataManager to access their score reports. Click here for detailed instructions for distributing web reporting keys to provide user access to reports.

Within fifteen (15) business days

Optional paper reports (see scoring tool for pricing) ordered using the Optional Reports Order Form in the SSP will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days of processing the answer documents.

May - June 2027

Scoring invoices shipped to schools.

Ongoing

Contact the ACSI Care Team for late optional report orders. Optional Reports are shipped within 10 business days of the order being placed.

Sept. 1, 2026
